Entry Fees Early Bird Entry: $29.99 Regular Entry: $49.99 Late Entry: $59.99 All entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law. 2. Eligibility Contestants must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian permission. Contestants must own or have legal rights to all submitted content. 3. Original Content All music submitted must be original or properly licensed. Any copyright infringement is the sole responsibility of the contestant. Digital Spotlight reserves the right to remove any submission that violates copyright laws. 4. Submission Requirements Contestants must complete registration and payment before submitting music. Incomplete entries may be disqualified. Only one artist entry per registration fee. 5. Voting Voting rules and limits are determined by Digital Spotlight. Any attempt to manipulate votes, use fraudulent voting methods, bots, or fake accounts may result in immediate disqualification. All voting decisions are final. 6. Judging and Winners Winners will be determined according to the published contest format. All decisions made by Digital Spotlight regarding contest results are final. 7. Promotion Rights By entering the competition, contestants grant Digital Spotlight permission to display, promote, and share submitted content on its website, social media platforms, livestreams, and promotional materials. Contestants retain ownership of their music. 8. Code of Conduct Offensive, threatening, hateful, or unlawful content may result in disqualification without refund.
